Submersive Productions LLC was founded in 2015 by Co-artistic Directors Ursula Marcum and Glenn Ricci. With each new project, Submersive has evolved and grown. 

Our nine Core Creators act as a kind of board made up of artists artists who also make the work. 

Our Collective is made up of artists who have worked on two or more Submersive projects and are engaged with Submersive to develop and refine our practice of creating experience-based, audience-centered art. 

We follow two public-facing documents that guide our work: Shared Values Statement and Anti-Racism / Anti-Oppression Policy and our Safe and Supportive Spaces Policy.
